Start problems

HI everyone. Im new owner for kips. I have facing a problem is start problem. Every time when i need to spent 2 minutes to start my kips  . What is the problem? Any kips owners can advices? From began i had just install the new exhaust only and the shop mechanic help to setting carburetor. Thank you.   

hi bbkiller, may be in your case the carb have been tuned too lean. Air to fuel ratio are high. my advise is to go back to the mechanic and get your bike retune a little bit rich on the carb setting.
