Apartment 2-bilik telah di lengkapi dengan set ASTRO, sila bawa smartcard sendiri untuk menonton siaran astro. Jangan tertinggal sudah.... Bilik studio tiada.
Bermula pertengahan Januari 2011
Tiada lagi wristband percuma diberikan oleh pihak resort. Sila beli sendiri wristband di kaunter yang disediakan oleh pihak resort. Pemakaian "Wristband" diwajibkan sepanjang masa semasa berada di dalam kolam.
Waktu penggunaan kolam adalah dari 8pagi hingga 7malam. Harap maklum.
Kadar harga wristband/gelang tangan adalah tertakluk pada perubahan yang mungkin dilakukan oleh pihak resort. Sila hubungi resort untuk ketahui harga sebenar.
Kami hanya ada 1 unit studio dan 1 unit apartment 2-bilik sahaja.
* Block C, 3rd Floor (2-room apartment) - Block D View
* Block C, 1st Floor (Studio Aparment) - Country View
Term & Conditions
** Deposit of RM50/night/unit for booking
** Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation/date change done within 7 days of check-in.
**Cancellation >7days. RM10 will be deducted from deposit before refund.
** All booking are based FIRST PAY DEPOSIT WILL GET not FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. No deposit meant not confirm. Pls understand.
** Full payment is required during key handover (Meet up at Tiara Beach Resort carpark)
** This is private unit
** No breakfast provided.
** No room service.
** Only 1 car permitted to park inside for studio and 2 cars for 2-room apartment (Pls register at the guard house). If more than 1, you can park outside (Very large parking space, no problem)
** No alcohol & Pork
** No cooking
Check in / Check out Time:-
Check in: 3pm (1500hrs)
Check out: 12pm (1200hrs)
**Early check-in/late check-out depends on condition that day...
Fully Furnished Facilities (2-room apartment):-
- Bedrooms: 2 (With 4 towels)
- Bathrooms: 2 (1 inside master bedroom & 1 near the entrance)
- 2 Queen size bed (2 pillows for each bed + 2 extra pillows)
- 21" TV (With Astro decoder... Pls bring your own smartcard)
- Water heater + Mugs + instant coffee/tea/milo + bottled water
- Electric kettle
- Air-condition in both rooms (Living room with ceiling fan)
- Mini-fridge
- Dining table
- Toto
- Sejadah, etc.
- No iron
